Our church basically had to relaunch back in September. We moved days, locations, changed staff, changed the name and lost and gained some people. It has been and I’m sure will be a rollercoaster ride, but one I’m loving to death. You know, I’m deathly afraid of heights, but I love rollercoasters. I feel sick when I’m waiting in line, I’m sweating, heart pounding the whole time….but even though sometimes I have to force myself to ride, I’m always glad I did. The Church is like that. Sometimes the ride is exciting, sometimes it’s nauseating, sometimes it’s a mountain-top, sometimes it’s a valley. I’m so glad to be on that ride with Robby, John and everyone at The Journey Church. It’s so exciting that not a Saturday night goes by that we don’t have new people checking us out. Many of them have stayed, some haven’t, but it’s so exciting to be reaching new people! If you haven’t checked us out, visit our website, get directions and come on out!
